About
My Mission
To be a developer of solutions, people and myself.
7 years after I started learning how to code, I decided that I wanted to use my tech skills for the greater good.
Reflecting on my self-growth journey highlighted my struggles with menstruation. However, I found limited conclusive research on the etiology of menstrual symptoms, especially from the perspectives of neuroscience, psychology, and/or lifestyle factors.
This frustration inspired my undergraduate Capstone project: I am currently developing an Android app that visualizes how my sleep, exercise, and menstrual symptoms might interact and vary throughout the menstrual cycle. I'm also learning how to view personal development from the lens of a menstruator and strive to share my insights on LinkedIn.
I am now seeking Spring 2025 internships as well as lab manager, research assistant, and PhD opportunities starting in Summer 2025. I'm specifically interested in the fields of menstrual health, cognitive psychology, and cognitive neuroscience, but I am open to related topics in women's health, psychology, and neuroscience.
