My Mission

To be a developer of solutions, people and myself.

I've struggled with menstruation since it started in 2012. However, I found limited conclusive research on the etiology of menstrual symptoms, especially from the perspectives of neuroscience, psychology, and/or lifestyle factors.

This frustration inspired my undergraduate Capstone project: I am currently developing an Android app that visualizes how my sleep, exercise, and menstrual symptoms might interact and vary throughout the menstrual cycle. For my career, I would like to apply my computational skills to menstrual health, psychology, and neuroscience research. I also want to make scientific findings accessible to the public, e.g. as a science communicator.

I am now seeking Spring 2025 internships as well as lab manager, research assistant, and PhD opportunities starting in Summer 2025. I'm specifically interested in the fields of menstrual health, cognitive psychology, and cognitive neuroscience, but I am open to related topics in women's health, psychology, and neuroscience.
